2. Booking and Reservation
  • A confirmed booking requires a completed reservation form and deposit payment (if applicable).
  • Any changes to the reservation, such as time, date, or address, must be communicated at least [insert hours] hours in advance.
  • Failure to provide correct or complete information during the booking may result in delays or additional charges.
3. Rates and Payment

9. Limitations of Liability
  • The Company is not liable for any damages or losses due to delays caused by factors outside our control, including traffic, weather, or acts of nature.
  • The Company is not responsible for any consequential damages, such as loss of income or missed business opportunities, due to delays or damages.
10. Governing Law
